Shopping Policy

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or affected by Covid-19, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or sms.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

Once your order is processed you will be sent an email with estimated delivery date or tracking number.The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Delivery time:

Shipping time varies by location. This is our current estimates:

1.  Order>$100 By DHL UPS FedEx

2.  Order<$99 EMS/4PX

DHL UPS FedEx (3-5 Business days)
EMS/4PX (8-20 Business days)

Some shipping carriers are experiencing delays, causing shipments to reach their destination outside their original or expected timeframe. Please follow your tracking number for details with the carrier.

 

Shipping fee：

Regardless of the value of the order, the shipping fee is uniformly $2.5

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

HSD DIY MATERIAL MALL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked delivered by our shipping partners. Please ensure your address is secure for delivery.

 

Damaged Packages:

HSD DIY MATERIAL MALL is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
